Classes are ongoing and new students are welcome at any time. A 6 week commitment is recommended  to understand the principals of the exercises.

Private lessons are highly encouraged to provide personal attention for persons with chronic pain or limitations. 

Private lessons are available for anyone wishing to pursue a better understanding of the program and to learn modifications of the exercises to suit personal needs.
